The two spent the night exploring Jesse's rented body, and by morning knew that they were meant to a couple. Dean, who's parents were quite wealthy, went to them and explained the entire situation. While it was a lot for them digest, they agreed that if it truly made Dean happy, they would arrange for the money so that he and Jesse could buy the rented body outright and be together permanently. A few short months later, Dean and Jessica were married.
I bet that Dean and Jesse, after a night of passion, pool their funds, and even take out a loan, to get enough money to buy that body for Jesse from the body shop!
