Great continuation. I wonder if Nicole didn't give Lucas a bit of an "issue" by putting Lucas seed into Lucas while he wore Carly's body? The medallion won't change a pregnant girl. Will Carly return from vacation only to discover a new "Carly" has taken her place? lol - Plenty of opportunity for mischief here. Carly becomes Lucas, while Lucas-now-Carly has the baby. The magic of the medallion goes to work and the New Lucas seduces her former BFF Nichole, getting her pregnant as well . . . Hehehe
